The CP-2000UA features Mitsubishi's advanced
dye sublimation thermal printing technology with extremely high reliability and
repeatability along with the highest possible speed, resolution and color
accuracy on letter size output. The CP-2000UA is ideally suited for image
critical applications such as nuclear medicine.The
CP-2000UA produces up to 256 shades of gray or 16.7 million possible colors per
pixel using a 325 dpi printhead. It delivers output in as little as 85
seconds (S size paper) with a maximum resolution of up
to 2560 x 2970 (maximum RAM). Auto-scanning RGB allows the printer to work
with PC or Macintosh computers and Unix workstations without software drivers.
The CP-2000UA prints on two paper sizes (8.5 x 7.9" and 8.5 x 11") or 4-panel
media (8.5 x 11") with self-laminating finish for extended print life.

printer is the ideal choice for high resolution printing. Its thermal head
produces high resolution 325 dpi for sharp, finely detailed color prints and
transparencies. Key features include:

for direct video (RGB) connectivity with almost all
workstations and PC platforms; horizontal auto-scan range automatically locks
onto signals from 15-85 kHz.
Standard 6MB Memory upgradeable
to 24MB on the system board.

images can be printed on one sheet.
